A Sunda Colugo was identified in the area of Rimba by Yoan Braud, Entomologist during a 2 week stay at Rimba with his family.

Sunda Colugo/Sunda Flying Lemur (Galeopterus variegatus)

Classification : Order of Dermoptera > Family of Cynocephalidae

French : Galéopithèque de Temminck (Lémur volant Sundanais)

Size : 50-69 cm (head-tail)

Weight : 0,9-2 kg

Distribution : Cambodia, Viet Nam, Laos, East Myanmar, South Thailand, Indonesia (Sumatra, Kalimantan & West Jawa), Malaysia (peninsula & Bornéo).

IUCN status : Least Concern
